23 years ago, Elham embarked on a transformative journey into the realms of yoga, meditation, and spirituality. Guided by her mentor and guru, Maya Machawe, the esteemed founder of Cyclic Yoga International, Elham's path unfolded. Through dedication and immersion, she delved deep into the ancient practice of cyclic yoga—an artful integration of yogic sequences to unlock the utmost potential of mental, physical, and spiritual harmony, fostering overall well-being. With a Master's Degree in clinical psychology, Elham passionately advocates the power of yoga and conscious breathing as potent tools for clients to navigate life's challenges and emerge resilient and empowered. Her multifaceted expertise harmonizes the realms of psychology and spirituality, creating a holistic approach that nurtures mind, body, and soul.
