About twenty five years ago, Elham embarked on a transformative journey into the world of yoga, meditation, and spirituality, guided by her guru, Maya Machawe, the esteemed founder of Cyclic Yoga International.

Elham also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and currently supports individuals through life coaching, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth through yoga, mindful movement, and breathwork.

She is a wellness practitioner offering energy work, reflexology, and chakra balancing, helping people reconnect with their natural state of harmony and well being.

Elham also believes that yoga and mindfulness should begin in childhood, which is why she created Yogilli a yoga, mindfulness, and wellness doll designed to help children learn about their bodies, emotions, and inner world while encouraging healthy habits, self awareness, balance, and a joyful lifestyle.

Hossein has passion for life and nature led him to acquiring this property in 2006. He had always had a vision for creating an environment whereby one could surrender to the beauty and peace of natural surroundings. This resolve evolved into reality! Upon finding his life partner Elham, a wellness practitioner, Lake Osceola Retreat has come into existence.
