Shirodhara Treatment for Women
Treat yourself to this blissful, therapeutic, and rejuvenating treatment. This ancient Ayurvedic body treatment rejuvenates the entire nervous system, creating calm, peace, and deep relaxation. Herbalized Oil, warmed to just above body temperature, is streamed onto the third eye and across the forehead. Move into deeper levels of consciousness as this steady stream of oil glides slowly across the forehead in a pattern that mimics brain wave movement. A blissful Marma (energy center) point release and massage of the feet, face, and head precede the oil stream to prepare and ground the body and mind, as well as release and move stagnant energy.
Enhance your retreat with a 60-minute Shirodhara session ($110 add-on).
This ancient Ayurvedic treatment streams warm, herbalized oil gently across the forehead, soothing the nervous system, calming anxiety, improving sleep, and nourishing hair, skin, and scalp.

What Is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural healing that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The word itself means “science of life.” It teaches us that true health comes from living in harmony with nature—by balancing the body, mind, and spirit.
At its core, Ayurveda recognizes that each person is unique. It uses the five elements—Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth—to understand your body’s natural tendencies and guide you toward balance through personalized diet, lifestyle, and daily routines.
Why It Matters Today
In our fast-paced, modern world, stress, poor sleep, processed foods, and digital overload can throw us off balance. Ayurveda offers timeless tools to:
Prevent illness before it starts
Restore energy and vitality naturally
Support mental clarity and emotional wellbeing
Personalize care based on your unique body type (dosha)
It’s not just ancient wisdom—it’s a roadmap for thriving in today’s world.
