Fall Herbal Wellness Workshop
Nourish your body, calm your mind, and celebrate peak fall
Join us for an immersive afternoon that blends hands-on herbal wisdom with gentle movement and restorative sound. Together we’ll craft Fire Cider, take a guided plant walk under autumn colors, enjoy a rejuvenating yoga session, and relax into sound healing with warming tea and seasonal snacks.
What’s included
Fire Cider Workshop (Make & Take): Learn the tradition, ingredients, benefits, and safe use—then mix your own jar to take home. All core ingredients provided.
Guided Plant Walk: Meet local fall plants, learn simple identification and respectful harvesting/uses.
Rejuvenating Yoga: Gentle, fascia-friendly practice to open the body and boost circulation (beginner-friendly).
Sound Healing: Deep rest with harmonious tones to settle the nervous system.
Tea & Snacks: Seasonal herbal tea and light, nourishing bites.

What to bring
Comfortable layers for indoor/outdoor time, closed-toe shoes for the walk
Yoga mat, water bottle, and a light blanket or shawl for sound healing
Optional: a clean quart jar with lid for your Fire Cider (we’ll have jars on hand, too)
