A Gentle Weekend of Cleansing, Nourishment, and Reconnection
Take a gentle approach to cleansing and renewal in 2026!
Nature & Renew offers a weekend of learning, wholesome food, movement, and relaxation to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to your well-being.
If you’ve been feeling tired, sluggish, or sore… if sleep hasn’t been restful despite your best efforts… your body may simply be asking for a reset. During this nurturing weekend, you’ll explore where toxins commonly hide in food, home products, and even our daily habits — and learn practical, sustainable ways to support your body’s natural cleansing systems.
The Setting
Our retreat takes place in a historic, custom-built home in Osceola, Wisconsin, nestled within the lush St. Croix Valley.
Surrounded by 100 acres of private forest and trails, the property opens to a serene lake where a pair of bald eagles make their home. Inside, hand-crafted mosaic tile art by the owner fills the rooms with warmth, creativity, and peace. It’s the perfect sanctuary to rest, reflect, and rejuvenate.
Nourishing Meals
A private chef will curate a detox-supportive menu filled with fresh, colorful, and nutrient-rich meals designed to balance and renew.
Enjoy a vibrant array of flavors and discover how nourishing food can be deeply healing. Cleansing teas and hydrating beverages will help your body stay in natural harmony throughout the weekend.
