Master Terms, Policies & Waiver Agreement

OVERVIEW

This Master Agreement outlines the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, credit policies, private stay terms, and waiver of liability for participation in any retreat, program, or booking with Lake Osceola Retreat.

By booking or participating, you agree to the terms below.

1. RETREAT CANCELLATION, REFUND & CREDIT POLICY

We are honored to welcome you into our retreat experiences. Each retreat is intentionally designed with limited spaces and thoughtful preparation.

Cancellation 45 Days or More Before Retreat

Guests are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.

Cancellation Within 45 Days of Retreat

All payments are non-refundable.

Credit Option (Flexible Alternative)

Instead of a refund, guests may choose to receive a full credit that can be used for:

• Future retreats

• Workshops & festivals

• Services offered by Lake Osceola Retreat

• Transfer to another guest as a gift

Credit Validity

All credits are valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of issuance.

After 365 days, any unused credit will automatically expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or reinstated.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

If Lake Osceola Retreat must cancel a retreat for any reason, all payments will be fully refunded.
