New Year Release and Renew Retreat
After the hustle, excitement, and stress of the holidays, let’s take time to come back to ourselves and create balance as we start the New Year. We will have a deeply nourishing day of self-care that will include gentle movement and mediation to celebrate and release 2025. Then we will bring in fresh energy for 2026 with some activities to anchor in our best intentions.
Agenda:
10 a.m.: Welcome, introductions, and community building over warm tea
11 a.m.: Nourishing yoga and mindful movement themed around release
12 p.m.: Mini lecture on letting go of old patterns, guided meditation, journaling activity
1 p.m. - 3 p.m.: Delicious Middle Eastern lunch, then rest and rejuvenation time of your choice
3 p.m.: Activity to usher positive energy into the new year by finding your word of the year and creating art to reflect your new intentions.
4pm: Closing fire ceremony, release and celebrate, drum and move as we seal in our good energy
5:30: Time to head home. *Or stay for an optional overnight for more relaxation, hot tubing and community dinner
Sunday: morning yoga and brunch

I have been working in health and wellness for 20 years, creating wellness programs, providing workshops and trainings, and leading organizational wellness. With a background in public health, complementary healing practices, teaching yoga, and strategic development, I bring a unique, well-rounded perspective of wellbeing. I am passionate about creating transformative experiences and retreats for my community. I love to dance, and connect with nature
