Join us for a deeply nourishing summer gathering where nature, sound healing, mindful movement, and gourmet cookingcome together in one beautiful immersive experience.

We begin the afternoon with a warm meet & greet, allowing guests to arrive, settle in, and connect with others in a peaceful retreat atmosphere.
We then move into a grounding sound healing session, designed to calm the nervous system and open space for presence.
Next, we step into nature for a gentle walk and meditation, connecting with the beauty, silence, and healing energy of Lake Osceola Retreat.
From this centered space, we begin our gourmet cooking class inspired by Indian cuisine, where we explore vibrant plant-based, gluten-free dishes infused with healing spices and intention.
The experience concludes with a shared dinner together, enjoying the food we created while overlooking the peaceful lake and surrounding nature.
We close the evening at 7:30 PM in gratitude and connection.

This experience is guided by Chyla Grauser, a talented chef and founder of International Gourmet, Inc., a local company known for creating gluten-free baked goods and nourishing foods rooted in creativity and care.
For Csilla Grauzer, cooking is an art form and a language of connection. Her work brings people together around the table, blending cultures, traditions, and healing ingredients into meaningful shared experiences. She believes food is not only nourishment for the body, but also a bridge between people, nature, and memory.
