At the heart of this retreat is a unique framework inspired by the Ancient Cyclic Yoga Pillars.

Rooted in timeless yogic wisdom and the natural cycles of life, these pillars guide us through awareness, balance, growth, transformation, and renewal. Just as nature moves through seasons, we too move through cycles of healing, learning, releasing, and becoming.

Throughout the weekend, participants will be guided through experiences designed to awaken awareness, align energy, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with inner wisdom.

Through mindful movement, meditation, chakra balancing, mudras, reflection, journaling, and nature immersion, we create space for clarity, insight, and meaningful transformation.

Nervous System Reset: Preparing to Receive
