11:30 AM - 12:30 PM | Herbal-Inspired Brunch & Tea Time [$29]
Come relax and enjoy a nourishing meal infused with wellness-supportive herbs, served alongside balancing teas from Rootstock Herbals.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Seekers Club Wander [Free]
We'll gather for our free monthly wander, beginning with a fire and guided meditation before heading out to connect with nature. During our journey, Angela will be offering the gift of Reiki healing to anyone who would like to receive it.
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Cedar Sauna Sessions [$40]
Sauna sessions will be available throughout the afternoon in the beautiful cedar sauna featuring a Himalayan salt wall. Come relax, restore, and detox while enjoying peaceful views of Lake Osceola. Sessions are self-paced, though most people find 10-20 minutes at a time to be ideal, followed by a period of cooling and hydration.
